1 Project 8 Challenges!!!!!!

Boy OH Boy have I been busy trying to get this and that done. I had forgotten about all the challenges. I decided to save some time why not kill 8 birds with one stone HUH? Let see there is the Kaboodle Doodles, High Hopes, Wags 'n Whiskers, Scrapmagasinet, Cupcake Craft, Tuesday Morning Sketches, Card Patterns and last but not least, Kraftin' Kimmie! Whoo!!!! There were request to use sketches, bows here, ribbon there, non traditional Valentine colors with them, no cards for those guys and metal everywhere oh my!

This is what I cam up with to please them all........Are you ready? Ok here it is.......

Do you get it? It's a CD holder!!!! My sister has been wanting me to burn a CD for her. (I told her she should just send me a memory card for her MP3 Player and I'd put the songs on that) Any way I put some songs on here for her and put on the inside "Hope you Rock this CD out!!!" for Valentines day. I was going to just give her a card, but I thought this would be better. Hope you guys like it.

Thanks,
Maxine

Nerds Goody Bags

I got this idea from another wonderful blogger...Angie.. Thanks!!!! I came up with a little twist to my Nerd Goodies. This is what I did.....

Here's a close up of each little baggy:

My daughter LOVED these little baggies. We decided to make them for her friends at school for Valentine's Day. She loves to use the Big Shot!  I decided that I can just write the childs name on the top tab in either black or white ink.
Everythink except the White Cardstock is in the current in color: Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry, Dusty Durango, Bermuda Bay and Soft Suede. I used the small 3" by 5" Cellophane Bags from Stampin' Up!. I used the Perfect Polka Dots, Final Press and Petals-A-Plenty Textured Impressions Folders I used the Scallop Edge, Eyelet Border, Pinking Hearts Border and Scallop Trim Border Punches. Did you know that you can get the Scallop Trim Border Punch FREE with you order of $50 or more through the Sale-A-Bration promotion? Well you do now! Place any order through me and for every $50 you spend in merchandise you can get 1 FREE item from our New Sale-a-Bration Catalog!!!!! Here are my projects. I did two, because the first was a bit on the "beginner" side if you know what I mean. I was having an off day I think.

Here is the top of my Peek a Veiw Box:

Here is the side view:

If you're wondering what the heck is in there, I put some Picositos, and Mazapan. I used my Te Quiero Mucho Stamp set (also available in English). It was my first time using my shimmerz, and I know now that I must apply and then stamp! LOL

For my second project, I went with the simple waterfall card...

I used my Te Quiero Mucho, Petal Pizzazz, and Noteworth stamp sets.

I had lots of fun doing these projects! I'm glad that I was able to still do a blog hop due to the fact that I got it in before I had to sign the agreement...You know what I'm talking about! I'll have more Valentine projects at the end of the week. I'm waiting for the man in brown to stop by with the goods!

Don't forget to join the fun with a project of your own and link it back to http://die-cut-diva.blogspot.com/.

Thanks for hopping by,
Maxine
